Scratch built wooden boat

Almost finished, Need to make a few deck fittings and finish the cockpit. Hull is water tight. Then a sea trial. I switched the motor back to a como drill motor after trying a Graupner, easier on the cheap battery packs, but still gives 19000rpm, geared it gives 10k (dry). I 'borrowed' the motor from my first boat. Just got to drop it in the canal now and give it a run.
